Ambience at the Harbour apartment is located in the heart of Kiama, close to restaurants, cafes and boutiques of this seaside township. Stroll across the road for a dip in the sea pool or visit the famous Kiama Blowhole!

This luxury two bedroom apartment is set for 4 people in a king bed and two single beds or upon request two king beds or 4 single beds. An additional cost of $20.00 applies for bed conversion. However up to 6 people may be accommodated as the lounge room contains a double sofa bed. An extra cost of $10.00 per person per night applies. All bed and bath linen is provided. 

Fully self-contained, the apartment features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, internal laundry, lounge and dining room and furnished balcony with stunning views of the Harbour.

Minimum 2 night stay. During the December / January school holidays a minimum 7 night stay is required.

As the apartment is privately owned, access to Sebel Harbourside services and facilities such as minibar, room service, movies on demand and daily housekeeping is not available.

Bookings can be made via 'Request Now' and the owner will respond to the request within 24 hours. Once the booking is confirmed, full payment is required within 48 hours to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

•Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

•Cancellations received 7-14 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

•Cancellations received 14-28 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

•Cancellations received 28 days or more from the arrival date will receive a full refund less a $22 booking administration fee.

There is no smoking allowed inside the property smoking is permitted on the balcony (ashtray provided).

No pets allowed.

A bond of $200 is payable directly to the owner for stays of 2-4 nights. A bond of $500 is payable directly to the owner for stays of 5 nights or more.
