Great Ocean Road, VIC

Great Ocean Road

Style: Road Tripping

The Great Ocean Road is one of the world's most scenic coastal drives and a road trip along the Victorian coastline is quintessential Australian experience.

Beginning just over one hours' drive from Melbourne at the coastal town of Torquay, the road winds its way along rugged coastline between Torquay and Warrnambool and features dramatic rock formations and lush rainforests.

Torquay is famous for surf culture and pristine beaches including the iconic Bells Beach; home to the Rip Curl Pro held every Easter. Continue on through picturesque coastal towns such as Anglesea, Wye River, Lorne, Apollo Bay and Port Campbell.

Visit iconic natural attractions including the limestone and sandstone rock formations of the 12 Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, The Grotto, and London Arch, breathtaking in their beauty.

Outdoor activities such as surfing, scuba diving or bush walking to misty waterfalls are all on offer in the region. From beaches to bushland, immerse yourself amongst tall trees, lush ferns and ancient plant life in the Otway Ranges one of Australia's great rainforests.

This beautiful destination will reconnect you with nature for a memorable holiday experience.
