Alchemy House is all about the quirky details, creature comforts and textural pieces. This newly renovated miners cottage is nestled in Hepburn Springs, a resort town dotted with award-winning restaurants, luxury day spas and boutiques.
Alchemy House itself is a self-contained cottage with a fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining dining/living area complete with a timber fireplace and velvet armchairs.
There are 3 king size bedrooms, all of which have built in robes. The king beds may be spilt into 2 singles upon request (in 2 of the bedrooms).
Other facilities include 2 bathrooms with a free-standing bath, Appelles Apothecary toiletries and laundry.
An LCD TV with a collection of DVDs, board games, train tracks for the little ones and reading material are also provided.
A great feature of Alchemy House is the large north facing deck which has a BBQ and spectacular mountain views. The perfect spot to unwind with a glass of Pinot Noir and friends.
This designer cottage is defined by its personality, warmth and its attention to small details.
Given the elevated position, there are steps into the building and unfortunately Alchemy House is not suitable for people with accessibility requirements.
1 hour and 20 minute drive from Melbourne Airport. 7 minute drive from Daylesford.
Alchemy House requires a deposit amount of 50% of the total booking value. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Should you need to cancel 31+ days prior to arrival, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Within 30 days of arrival - 100% cancellation fee. Changes are treated as cancellations. No refunds are permitted for bookings on public holidays.
