The fully restored property was once the village General Store and Post Office. Now this Federation-style property features 6 bedrooms in the Main House and extension wing, plus the option of an additional 2 bedrooms in the Wellness Wing.

During the warmer months, dine alfresco and make use of the outdoor stone pizza oven/fireplace and gas BBQ. Unwind and relax in the private 15-metre lap pool and Mosaic Hot Spa. The Bathhouse Wellness Suite is located adjacent the Main House and has a separate entrance. The suite can be booked separately or joined to the Main House to accommodate larger groups. The Wellness Suite boasts state of the art equipment including a Vichy shower, sauna, hammam and 4-person spa. In-room massages by prior arrangement.
Located on one acre, Bathhouse Newrybar boasts landscaped gardens, an orchid and thriving vegetable patch.

Located 20 minutes from Ballina Airport and 2.5 hours from Brisbane. Newrybar is located in the Byron Bay Hinterland, 20 minutes from Byron township.
You'll be charged 100% of the total price at time of booking, unless you arrange a payment plan with alluxia.
50% Deposit required to secure the booking or full amount if booked within 30 days. This deposit is non-refundable unless the house is relet.
Full payment is required 7 weeks before the scheduled date of arrival. All pre-payments are non refundable, however they may be transferred if the booking is altered 28 days or more prior to the original date of arrival. Penalties may apply for cancellations thereafter. All bookings made through online travel agencies are non-refundable and are non-transferable due to the nature of the discounted rate.
Security Bond:Bathhouse Newrybar require the authorisation of an A$1,500 security bond to cover any loss or damages during your stay. This is arranged directly with the owner.
Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable unless the house is relet.
Insurance:Bathhouse Newrybar strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, medical evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
Main House - $550 cleaning and linen tariff applies per booking. $1500 bond applies, refundable within 72 hours, arranged directly with the owner.
Property Damage/Cleaning Fee:AU$585 cleaning and linen tariff applies, paid directly with the owner. Please be advised that any property damage or requirement for excessive cleaning following your stay will be charged to your account.
