We have recently refurbished our swimming pool and elevated garden areas. Many apartments have now been fully refurbished.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund (less administration fee*) No refund will be given if cancelled 29 days or less prior to arrival unless the apartment can be re-let for the same period and at no less than the rate of the original booking. If the apartment can be re let a refund will be given less the administration fee. No refund will be paid in the case of a no show. Administration Charge: An administration fee equal to 12% of the deposit received will be deducted from all cancellations. ($30 minimum admin charge)
