Starhaven Retreat provides luxury Bed & Breakfast accommodation on the Bellarine Peninsula, just 90 minutes from Melbourne.
The impressive residence was featured on Grand Designs Australia in Season 1 and the architectural elements and design continue to impress, making the most of the seaside location.
Starhaven features a grand entrance and internal lift to reach each level of this luxurious bed & breakfast. All four spacious suites feature private ensuites with L'Occitane amenities, 3D LED flatscreen TV, Apple TV and tea & coffee making facilities.
Each morning you'll be treated to a generous breakfast cooked by your hosts Ian & Rob. Breakfast includes a selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit and pastries and hot breakfast cooked to order.
Throughout Starhaven guests may enjoy the games room with a range of board games and full-size billiard table. On the lower level relax in the spa area with a jet stream swim spa and sauna. Guests may also enjoy a cocktail in the bar lounge adjacent to the "Gold Class" style 15-seat cinema with starlit ceiling and a wide range of movies to choose from.
There are plenty of lounge areas, balconies or rooftop terrace for guests to relax, read a book or enjoy conversations with fellow guests.
Starhaven suites may be booked individually or book the whole house for a wedding group, corporate retreat or group getaway.
The quiet beachside location of Indented Head is the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway and great base to explore the Bellarine Peninsula including local wineries such as Jack Rabbit, Terrindah Estate and Bellarine Estate winery.
Take M1 Freeway from Melbourne over the Westgate Bridge towards Geelong,Turn left onto A10 to Geelong,Turn left into Ryrie St (C123), continue straight on C123 through Drysdale following signs to Portarlington, follow C123 through Portarlington past the main street,Turn right following the signs to St. Leonard's, follow the main road as it veers to the left becoming Hood road (C125) until you reach Indented Head,Turn right at the second street (Kaitlers Dr), Turn left into Calimo Place
