This luxury guesthouse boasts two master bedrooms, the first complete with a King size bed and spectacular views over the Mountain Rail Trail. The second has a King size bed which can be converted to two King single beds to accommodate guests if required. All of which are beautifully appointed with luxury linen and bedding.
The luxurious bathroom features a freestanding spa bath which looks out to the mountain scenery. There is also a forest rain shower, plush towels and MOR amenities for your enjoyment.
There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen which includes a dishwasher, espresso coffee machine and delicious “Welcome” treats on arrival. For your convenience there are laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer and iron) as well.
The spacious living area features contemporary furnishings and plenty of natural lighting. It includes a gas log fireplace for the cooler months, a 55 inch LED television, DVD player and iPod docking station.
The outdoor deck area is the place to sit back and relax all year round. To ensure your comfort there is a remote control shade and an electric BBQ for cooking up a storm.

Deposit amount is 50% of total booking value. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. A booking fee of $55 applies. Credit Card Fees - 1.01% Visa/MasterCard.
Security bond of $400 is required, refundable cash deposit.
Cancellation fees apply. 21-14 days prior to arrival - one night's accommodation. Within 14 days prior to arrival - 100% of booking value. No shows - full tariff is charged. Guests who reduce the length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid.
