Cancellations or changes to bookings will not be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way. Please note, this property does not accept same day online reservations after 4pm. For room security we ask for a $200 cash bond or a preauthorisation on a credit card. While alluxia does not charge a credit card fee, any incidentals incurred at the hotel and paid by credit card will incur a 1% surcharge.
