Halcyon is a small Hotel restaurant and Spa and cancellations affect us greatly. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice up to 30 days prior to your arrival will result in a full refund. Cancellation notice from 29 to 15 days from your arrival will result in a forfeiture of 50%. Cancellation notice within 14 days will result 100% full tariff charged Children Policy: Children aged 3 years and older are fully charged. Please note that a surcharge of 3.20% applies to Amex & Diners credit card and 1.50% applies to Visa & Mastercard for any charges incurred at Halcyon Hotel. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect you against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
