If you cancel a reservation within low and mid-season and up to 14 days prior to arrival no penalty will be applied. If a booking is cancelled between 7 - 14 days prior to arrival one nights accommodation will be charged.
Full accommodation cost applies if cancellation or a booking amendment occurs within 7 days of arrival.
For High Season & Special Event reservations if you cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival no penalty applies. If cancellation is within 30 days of arrival date the guest is required to pay the full amount of the reservation.
