Adventure Bay is your answer to a boutique bushland experience, with every detail thought of to provide relaxation and comfort. Eco luxury has come to Bruny Island with goose and down feather blankets, a free standing designer stone bath and large leather lounges to sink into.

Bruny Island doesn’t necessarily mean cool. There are in floor heating, double glass windows and a combustion wood heater to make sure you’re warm and cozy no matter what the climate.

Adventure Bay is situated amongst wildlife, beaches, cafes and restaurants. Take your loved ones berry picking at Bruny Island Berry Farm or make wagers on who can spot the famous white wallaby. It is all family-friendly and worth exploring. The finest kitchen utensils and equipment provided means you’ll hardly have to lift a finger during your relaxing stay.

49 Hayes Road, Adventure Bay, Bruny Island TAS 7150

Follow the signs to Kettering, approximately 45 minutes south of Hobart, where you board the vehicle ferry and enjoy a 20 minute ferry ride. Once you leave the ferry, stay on the main road until you come to the Adventure Bay turn off to the left, which is approximately 30 minutes by car. Turn left to Adventure Bay. Pass the general store on the right, continue on over the bridge, past the small Bligh Museum on the right. Hayes road is a gravel Road, not well sign posted, just past the Bligh Museum to the right.

Travel to the end of Hayes Road, to a stone gate post, enter gravel driveway to Adventure Bay Retreat.The Lodge is to the right and the Spa Cottage to the left.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and booking changes will be accepted up to 21 days of your booking with a full refund of your deposit given. Refunds will not given within 21 days of the booking date. Booking changes will be looked at on an individual basis and decided upon by management.
