Oak Hill Estate offers retreat style accommodation across 9 acres in historic Bridgetown in Western Australia’s South West. Oak Hill House is a grand three-bedroom homestead accommodating up to 8 guests, while the Pool House is a two-bedroom cottage accommodating up to 6 guests.

Oak Hill Estate is set on 9 acres and includes historic Oak Hill House and the Pool House, accommodating up to 14 guests across the property.
Built in 1920, Oak Hill House has been lovingly restored by the owners enhancing its original charm and beauty. The main stone house features 3 bedrooms and able to accommodate up to 8 guests in style and comfort. The grand family homestead boasts a fully equipped kitchen with 3 ovens and a stunning wrap-around verandah with outdoor breakfast area and outdoor lounge to soak up the sunset.
The Pool House is a French Provincial style two bedroom house with country kitchen and cosy fireplace. Enjoy pool and garden views from the wide verandah and soak up the country air. Browse the bookshelves and relax with a holiday read from the vast selection or be entertained by the games and puzzles provided for guests.
Oak Hill Estate is located in the gourmet, festival region of Western Australia’s South West in historic Bridgetown and within walking distance of wineries, restaurants, cafes, antiques, galleries, pubs, bakeries and the Blackwood River and close to Nannup and Margaret River.
From Bridgetown, head north on the South Western Highway 2mins you will find us on the right.

Cleaning Fees and Security Bonds are refundable for cancellations Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Oak Hill House - $100 cleaning fee applies to all bookings. $300 security bond will apply.
Pool House - $75 cleaning fee applies to all bookings. $200 security bond will apply.
