This three bedroom, two bathroom holiday house has three spacious living areas, all of which include an entertainment system to watch your favourite films.
The master bedroom includes a spa ensuite whilst the second bedroom opens out to a sunny courtyard. The third bedroom has multiple bunk beds, perfect for the kids.
There is a fully equipped kitchen which opens out to the lower level’s dining and living area. It makes cooking for your family and friends so easy!
The feature of the property is the spacious deck which is complete with a BBQ and entertainment setting. You will also find an outdoor spa set amongst the manicured gardens.

Four hour and 30 minute drive from Sydney. Two hour and 50 minute drive from Newcastle. One hour and 50 minute drive from Coffs Harbour.
A deposit of 50% is required within 14 days to confirm the booking, if not the booking will be cancelled without notification. Balance is due 1 month prior to your arrival date. Booking is confirmed upon payment of full deposit (paid by due date).
Cancellations are refunded only if written notice is received 8 weeks prior to ingoing booking date, or if after this date the premises are relet for an equal number of days/dollar value. Cancellations are subject to a $20. Cancellation fee. No refund on any unused portion of a confirmed holiday booking will be made.
A security deposit of $500.00 must be paid either with the balance or in cash when picking up the keys. The security deposit will be returned within 7-14 days subject to cleaners report and forwarded by post.
