This relaxed, clean, and perfectly-situated accommodation is perfect for those who are keen to sample everything Byron has to offer – bars, cafes, shops, and nightlife. Each night you will have a soft bed to come home to, and a luxurious private deck to have your morning cuppa and watch the waves roll in!

All cancellations will forfeit the deposit paid at the time of booking. Please refer to the Property’s terms and conditions for any other charges that apply for cancelling or changing your booking. A Security deposit of $1000.00 is payable prior to check in for all fully managed properties OR $250 per person if it is a Schoolies booking. Where Byron Bay Holiday Rentals is the booking agent only bond arrangements will be made directly with the managing entity of the property. Where Credit Cards details are provided we will pre-authorise the amount on your card close to your check in which is held for a period of 10 working days.
