Absolute luxury 5 bedroom immaculately designed ocean view beach house. Seven Surfside has fully ducted Cooling and Heating, Ceiling Fans in every room, European appliances, Travertine floors on all balconies, pool area and bathrooms, as well as lower level media room combined with bunk bedroom. it has polished wooden floors throughout living, dining and kitchen areas and has four carpeted bedrooms.
Cable flatscreen TVs, glass enclosed swimming pool, 3 large living areas, 2 dining areas - outdoor and indoor, spacious sleeping areas, generous decks and daybeds that our guests never want to leave.... The property consists of three levels - the large Master bedroom with luxurious King bed, complete with adjoining double en-suites is on the top level and offers breathtaking views of the ocean. Wake to the sounds of waves breaking on the beach......Also on this level is a large open plan living and dining area along with a modern well-equipped kitchen with granite benchtops. Wide bi-fold doors open onto a large balcony for relaxing, entertaining and dining. The 2nd level features another open plan living area with plasma TV, DVD player and BOSE stereo system with bi-fold doors that open up the room into a fabulous alfresco dining experience for 14 persons with stainless steel benches, dishwasher and built-in BBQ. A superb feature is the glass mosaic salt water swimming pool which is always inviting you in for a quick refreshing dip after spending a day at the beach or around the dining table. There are 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms also on this level, opening out onto their own personal courtyards and one of the bedrooms has stunning views of the ocean. The lower level consists of beautiful designed built-in bunk beds (2 double and 2 single) plus Plasma TV. A great place for the kids and teenagers to have their own space. The laundry is on this level too, which opens out to the parking area for 2 cars and stairs to the beach. Recently renovated in 2024.

1 hr, 45mins from Brisbane along Sunshine Motorway north toward Noosa. Exit Emu Mountain Rd heading to Peregian/David Low Way, continue David Low Way and follow signs to Sunshine Beach.
If you wish to cancel your booking and one month (30days) notice is given the deposit will be refunded (less a $350 administration fee). If you cancel a booking with less than 1 month (30days) notice the deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to reduce the period of your booking NO refund of any unused tariff will be considered. Cancellation of a booking during the busy end of year holiday season (21 Dec 2022 - 27Jan 2023), 3 months (90 days) notice is required in order to have the 50% deposit refunded (less a $350 admin fee). A request to change your booking dates will be considered and based on the advertised tariff for the new booking dates. No show without any notification; full accommodation tariff is not refunded. Guests will be required to pay a $1800 security deposit confirmed with the owner following booking confirmation payable with the final payment. This will be returned within a week of your departure.
There are further Terms and Conditions of Booking which will be sent to you directly by the owner. Cleaning Fee $550 per stay (for 8 persons), $750 (for > 8 persons) + Pet Cleaning Fee (based on number of pets, type and breed)
