Hart’s Farm is a simple yet sophisticated bed and breakfast located on the Mornington Peninsula. It occupies 10 hectares with Manton’s Creek flowing through the property.
You will find a commercial kitchen, olive grove and orchard cider is made onsite. Owner, Penny sources her ingredients from the farm to provide meals for her B&B guests (if given some notice). One of her specialities include French chocolate almond cake complete with local strawberries and vanilla ice cream.
The accommodation is divided into living, bed and ensuite. Each room features a Queen sized bed with French linen sheets and duvet cover for those Sunday morning sleep-ins.
A TV, DVD player, Bose iPod dock and complimentary wifi access are provided. Penny has also handpicked a collection of magazines and books for guests to enjoy. Why not relax on a daybed with a book and stunning views of the olive grove?
The ensuite has a large freestanding bath, walk in shower and a heated towel rail. Luxury towels, fluffy bathrobes and organic toiletries are all supplied.
A gourmet breakfast hamper which includes muesli, fruit, yoghurt, locally made bread and honey is included. A selection of teas, Nespresso coffee and fruit juices can also be enjoyed.

1 hour and 30 minute drive from Melbourne Airport. 30 minute drive from Western Port Bay.
No refund if cancelling within 2 weeks of arrival unless alternate dates are booked. If the owners can re-book the room you may be refunded. An administration fee of $50 will apply to cancellations made more than 2 weeks of arrival.
