Beach Road Holiday Houses consist of over 50 3 and 4 bedroom luxury homes (sleeping 2 - 10 guests), built with your family’s comfort in mind.
Whether your family is more inclined to a game of tennis or marco polo in the pool, or more geared towards billiards, Beach Road Holiday Homes will keep the group entertained for hours. Make yourself comfortable in the architectural boutique homes and watch as the kangaroos play in your lawn.
The closest beach is a mere kilometer away and there is unspoiled beaches and can accommodate the 4WD-nuts by pointing them in the right direction to Fraser Island. With each house having access to their own media room, with a pool table, Austar, etc, they have every family member covered!
By car, via the Bruce Hwy take the Cooroy turn off, travel to Tewantin and at the Shell Service Station, turn left into Moorindil St. Travel 2km to the National Parks & Wildlife Service’s Noosa River Ferry which will transport you (for a small fee) (5.30am-10.20pm Sun to Thurs & 5.30am to midnight, Fri & Sat). Travel along Maximillian Road for 2km and bear right into Beach Road. Go past Noosa North Shore Retreat, the Equestrian Centre and Car Spa. Take the next right hand turn into Beach Road Holiday Homes. 4WD Vehicles are NOT necessary for access to the Resort. Reception hours are 9am to 5pm. Please advise if you are arriving outside these hours for alternative arrangements.Reception office is immediately to the right after passing through the security gate.
An administration Fee of 10% of the deposit will be charged for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a loss of the total deposit. Deposits can be transferred subject to availability to another time but NOT during peak periods such as Christmas holidays school holidays long weekends and public holidays. Guest refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
