The Hamptons style family beach house (an older style beach house completely renovated in 2021), and its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and dine either indoors at the large dining table, or choose to dine outdoors on the balcony overlooking the surf breaks, the national park and Sugarloaf Rock.
The perfect house for a family get-together, or to re-connect with friends.
Yallingup is 262 kilometres south of Perth and is surrounded by the ruggedly beautiful Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park.
Cancellation made less than one month prior to the due arrival date (or if the guest fails to show up) will result in the full accommodation charge being payable with no refund recognising it is very unlikely we can secure another booking at that late stage. Cancellation more than one month prior to the due arrival date will result in the deposit (50% of the full accommodation charge) being retained by us. The remaining 50% balance (if paid) will be refunded. All assistance will be given to enable cancelling guests to claim on travel insurance to reimburse the loss if they are required to cancel for insurable reason.
