3 Kings luxury villas are well appointed with fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, minibar and climate controlled fridge stocked with local Yarra Valley wine. The spacious living and dining area boasts an open fireplace, 50 inch plasma TV's, DVD, Austar, iPod dock and iPod for all your entertainment needs.
The spacious master bedroom has a large ensuite with double shower and each villa has a private spa to allow you to relax and unwind.
Expansive balconies allow you to sit, relax and take in the elevated rural bush views with a glass of local Pinot Noir while you cook dinner on the BBQ.
The 3 Kings Bed and breakfast owners, Brian and Julie, live separately onsite and are more than happy to assist with any tours or local tips, otherwise you can retreat in privacy.
For your convenience, you're walking distance to amenities and local shops. You’re also centrally located to nearby wineries, cafes, nature walks, bicycle trails (bicycle hire is offered) as well as a ten minute drive from Warburton and a twenty minute drive from Healesville.
A one hour drive from Melbourne, 3 Kings Bed and Breakfast is located at 2480 Warburton Highway, Yarra Junction Victoria.
From Melbourne, take the Maroondah Highway To Lilydale. Once through Lilydale turn right off the Maroondah Highway onto the Warburton Highway at the clearly signposted, traffic light controlled intersection. Enjoy the semi rural scenery as you drive though Wandin followed by Seville.
The landscape becomes more rural and before coming to Woori Yallock the scenery opens up to magnificent views of Mounts Toolebewong, Ben Cairn and Donna Buang. From Woori Yallock it is on to Launching Place whose Home Hotel is across the road from the Yarra River and then into the village of Yarra Junction. You will come upon the traffic lights at the Powelltown turn off, stay on the Warburton Highway and 150 metres past the lights on the right hand side your journey has reached its destination.
Please note that an administration fee of 15% of total booking value will occur for any cancellations outside of 14 days. Cancellations within 7-14 days will incur a 70% refund (or a transfer of the booking to an alternative date). Less than 7 days notice loss of full tariff will occur.
