Savour The Tweed is back, bigger, bolder and more delicious than ever! The Tweed’s signature food and drink event turns a spotlight on the producers for five flavour-filled days in October.
With over 30 events across The Tweed, the impressive program has been co-curated again by Chef Christine Manfield and food advocate Amy Colli. This year’s program spans everything from free, family friendly events to cooking demos, cultural experiences and lavish long lunches.
Culinary collaborations are the standout this year, with proud Bundjalung chef Mindy Woods, fresh from her World’s 50 Best accolade joins forces with Christine Manfield on opening night and Frank Camorra of Movida fame joins the crew at Bistro Livi for two delicious nights.
